I wanted to share my great experience working with Athena Casey and Jordan Bennett on two recent real estate transactions. My family had been looking to grow from our condo into a single family home, and I was referred to Jordan's team. Immediately after reaching out, Athena started working with me to find homes that fit my criteria and we started visiting available homes. She was very patient with my millions of questions, and guided us through how to break through to sellers with a "Dear Seller" letter. She is an excellent agent and we were able to find and buy a home with her guidance and support! Next, Jordan helped us to sell our condo, and the quality, care, and attention to detail are just as exceptional as working with Athena. He shared key market research about the market, best approaches, and small updates that would help sell our condo quickly. He offered and recommended a few tradesmen to help us meet out listing timeline. Once we listed, his team helped us review the numerous offers and discuss the details of each to understand nuances related to the process. A quick shout out to Michelle for helping us with processing both sides of the transactions. We had some slow-to-respond parties on the other side, and Michelle was always on top of keeping us in the loop and pressing the other side to meet there deliverables. I recommend Jordan Bennett and team to handle future deals to my friends!

We had a decent experience working with Jordan. Nothing spectacular. A home few doors down 3 bedroom sold for around 850k. Our home was on the golf course 4 bedroom , Jordan listed for 880k. I understand the strategy but didn’t quite work out. For us it was an average experience. Communication was good and he was very nice.
