The Costales team helped my husband and I but our first home during the covid Era. We started working with them pre Covid and it nearly took 2 years before we found our home at the price we were comfortable with. They've been so patient with us. We had a long list of criteria and the right one came along. There was never any pressure or did we ever feel like we were neglected during the covid times. They always texted our cakes to check in... for that we felt well taken care of. We're coming close to a year from the time our offer got accepted and they are still checking in to see if we need anything at the home. If you're looking for a realtor, the Costales team is THE ONE.

Joraine and her family are amazing! When looking for a realtor you definitely want someone that makes the process easy and understandable. When I bought my first place I went with a realtor who didn't put in the work to help me or explain the process to me. Complete opposite with my experience with Joraine. Her and Marc are always dedicated to their work and it shows with their results. My husband and me sold our first condo (for top dollar) and purchased our "forever home" (even with the contingency of the sell of our condo) and it's all thanks for the Costales team!!! We never felt confused or questioned the steps they were making. We are so thankful for them and the work they put in. They definitely treat you like their focus is on YOU, even though their lives are busy and they have other clients. When choosing a realtor why not choose one of the best??? And if you want top dollar when you sell and best outcome when purchasing there's no question... go with the Costales team!
