Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jonathan’s passion for real estate started at an early age as a second generation real estate professional.

This was my first time going through a process like that and Jonathan was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. He gave me excellent guidance and advice while being attentive to my preferences, helped me consider the pros and cons of each option I looked at, and effectively advocated on my behalf with sellers and third parties. Jonathan even went above and beyond in giving me tips and advice on mortgage shopping, home insurance, etc. He and his colleague Cynthia were always available and communicative by text or email, including on weekends. Without a doubt, Jonathan was instrumental in helping me secure the condo I wanted, and he also paid for 1-year’s home warranty and a deep cleaning of the condo.

We knew our first time buying would be with Jon, he was very thorough at introducing and explaining the home buying process. Jon used all his connected resources to ensure that the buying process was running smoothly, effectively communicating with all parties and making sure that we understood the documents we were signing. When we went through escrow, Jon went above and beyond for us- he provided us with inspectors information, walked us through the process and guided us through the endless amount of first time learning experience. When we were about to close he reached out to the escrow agent to ensure all the paperwork were completed correctly and submitted timely.
