John Parker is an excellent real estate agent!! He worked with us thru a LONG PROCESS; we had to first decide on selling our current home to know how much we would net and put down. Then, we had to look for a lender who would qualify us for a certain amount, which moderately depended on that sale. Finally, we had to decide on a place that the lender would qualify us, since certain areas are high fire and difficult to qualify. During this time, the dilemma was to decide whether we would sell and wait to find another house OR find another house and sell!! Fortunately, after trying a few lenders, John referred us to an excellent lender who qualified us. He took us to various areas that were long distance to show us the different parts of town, bought lunch😀, and was always ready to communicate when we had questions or needed guidance in the process. John stood with us, STRONG; we started late 2020 where we attempted to sell, but delisted because of the pandemic. He showed houses that year. We made an offer, but with good faith reasons we backed out. In mid 2021, we went thru and completed the sale. During that process, all of us had to find THE HOUSE in TIME. John Parker HELPED us to coordinate this complication and communicated well with my selling agent and lender to make it happen. John took us around the different areas in 2021, and went out of his area, completely, to show us another area and properties there we wanted to see!! We made another offer, but had to back out. However, because we liked that area, he arranged a local agent, the one we had made the second offer with, to show us more houses; the third offer was the one to complete the transaction!!! 🌈😀🌈 I PROUDLY and DEFINITELY RECOMMEND John Parker for his patience and ethics!!
