Sarah Martin5 StarI interviewed 2 agents besides John Carmody to sell my cabin and John was by far the most professional. He was charming and knowledgable. He definitely knows what he's doing! He helped stage my home with my own furnishings and he brought in some of his own staging decor to help create value where needed. He had the yard cleaned up and took a load to the dump for me. He has an excellent photographer who works well with John. Watching John get my home ready to hit the market was pretty impressive. John brought me 2 full price offers in the 1st week but unfortunately the buyer we picked lost his job and had to cancel. We found another buyer right away and i couldn't have been more pleased start to finish with John and his team. Look no further if you're wanting to sell your home!Tuesday 1st October 2019

Buying a house when you are out of town is scary, especially if the house needs renovation and the contractors lists are short, but John not only helped us find the best house for our needs but he also helped us during the whole renovation process. John deep connections served us well. We could not have done it without him. He is very knowledgeable on his field and very generous with his time and expertise. I knew when it came time to sell my house he would be one of the agents i'd reach out to. Im glad I did because he has great market knowledge and a proven track record.
After listing my home with John, he helped me with a few repairs and a dump run that helped me get top dollar in the end. Very impressed with the time he puts in getting his listings ready to hit the market. John has great vision for staging, photography and marketing. Rob Russell5 StarI have known John since I bought my first lakefront condo in 2003. Since then, I have purchased and sold several other properties with John. He has ALWAYS been a straight shooter and ethical. I would absolutely recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell in Big Bear.
In addition to helping me purchase and sell my properties, he has always been available to help me with questions and concerns. i.e. property maintenance, repairs, and property management, etc.
