Joe is a wonderful realtor. He helped us find and buy a dream house in Napa. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different areas and local options. What can I say about Joe that hadn’t already been said? He was amazing on both a personal and professional level. I came into the process of selling my home with very little knowledge about the process. I was under duress, which Joe was sensitive to, and he was supportive and understanding throughout the process. I texted him daily with questions and concerns - he was quick to respond and unbelievably patient. On a professional level, he is top notch. He absolutely knows the business inside and out - what works, and what doesn’t. He thoroughly understands the market and the economy. There were a lot of moving parts, and Joe skillfully choreographed the whole process. I was extremely pleased with the outcome, and so grateful that he was recommended to me. I’m coming to find out that a lot of people don’t do much research when selecting a realtor, so I’m hoping this review will help! Joe Brasil is hands down the best at what he does. Professional, knowledgeable, and answers any little question you may (and I did) have. My husband and I were starting our family when we decided to move from SF to Vallejo and what continue to stands out to me is that Joe had our future in mind when planning such a big purchase. He got us the deal of a life time on the cutest cottage in a great area. 3 years later we decided to upgrade and listened to all the advice Joe had to offer when preparing to sale. He got us over 20 offers and and high above our listing price. We’re still in shock with the magic he worked! Then in this crazy market he was able to help secure our forever home, under budget! And this is why I say shop around for your realtor! The amount of unprofessionalism or lack of knowledge a vast majority of the realtors we worked with when making offers on a new home was unreal. Luckily, we had Joe to wade through the chaos and get us the home we wanted. We can’t thank him enough for all he’s done for our family and future!
