He's experienced and does a lot of volume, which means he always has an up-to-date pulse on the market. Jimmy Koh sold my parents’ house beyond the asking price. He created and led an amazing team to showcase the house. His knowledge of real estate market and his contacts has made the sale of the house remarkability painless. His amazing project manager, Sylvia coordinated all the necessary repairs and upgrades to showcase the house, from staging to photographing and videotaping the layout HIs knowledge and willingness to learn and adapt to the latest technology has led to amazing number of viewers and offers. They walked us through each offer, provided guidance for us to make the best decision possible. Once we accepted the offer, they kept in touch and help us navigate the closing process. Their excellent customer service and their attention to detail have made the entire process as easy as possible. I never had to follow up with them. I sold two properties with Jimmy and currently in the process of selling a third one, finally felt confident and comfortable in writing a review for Jimmy and Sylvia. Jimmy and Sylvia is a great team with great attitude, very responsive, personable and honest. They are organize and meticulous in getting my properties ready for sale. I just hand them the keys and they toke care of all the details from moving to signing of closing documents. They place my needs as their top priority and always adaptable to my requests. Jimmy takes the time to understand my objective and aligns his resources to meet my goal and keeps me well informed throughout the selling / buying process. Jimmy is knowledgeable in the local market / trends and the different niches of the Bay Area communities. Through working with him, he shows willingness to learn and expand his professional development to stay in the forefront of RE field. Updated 2022 When you find a real estate agent that is hard working, honest, and watches out for you and your interests, you know you’ve found a gem and want to stick with them. Jimmy Koh and his team worked efficiently and tirelessly in the past to help us sell our home. Now that we are ready to buy a replacement home, we were thrilled he was available again to help guide us through the tortuous process in this hot housing market. He and his team worked efficiently behind the scenes to get us property disclosures and provide general opinions on various properties we thought looked promising. Once we decided to make an offer, they kept the process moving along through numerous behind the scenes calls with the other agent and loan broker. And when the seller asked to accelerate the closing date, he jumped in and reassured us that it’s more important for us to feel comfortable with the pace, that we don’t feel pressured, and that he and his team will step up efforts to meet the accelerated schedule if that was our decision.
