Really rude lady,her maintenance/plumber guy had walked in my apartment and got poop on my $200 carpet. After showing it to her she told me to just get a rag and spray clean it. I asked her that I wouldn’t be cleaning cat poop on something they did. When owners arrived I over heard her telling them that she hadn’t seen anything and basically tried to say it was us. While I was outside I had spotted where the workers had scraped the poop off of their shoes and pointed it out to the owners. After seeing that they offered to shampoo the carpets. Second encounter with her I called because they had over charged my account another months rent. When asking her to write a check for that amount she said she wouldn’t do anything till the end of the month which is when my lease would end. After me telling her I couldn’t wait that long she got in an attitude and hung up on me. Completely rude and unprofessional!!!

We rented a property and have zero complaints. Maintenance requests were handled efficiently. All contact, phone calls and texts, were returned timely. Would definitely use their services again.
