Vernon Trimble5 StarAbout 1 year ago I was fortunate to be able to work with Jim as I was looking for property in the Lake Arrowhead area. Jim was the ultimate professional and was very organized. As my primary residence is about 1.5 hours away and I was looking for a second home he made arrangements for me to make just 2 trips to use many time wisely of which I was able to look at many homes in the 2 trips, finding the perfect second home on my second trip. Jim was also helpful is providing some insight on a fair equitable offer which he was spot on and I my offer was acceptable. Jim did not stop there, as it was a turn-key buy, Jim helped me negotiate the deal that came out favorable for myself and my wife.
After I secured the home, I had many questions about the area, about the services in the area, about the house itself, if questions above snow service. I must have contact Jim no less than 10 times and each time he came through and timely as well. .
