Though we had to see many houses during the pandemic, he always made me feel very comfortable and helped me every step of the way. He was always prompt. We conducted 6 specialized home inspections, in addition to general home inspection. Jim helped to schedule all these inspections and was present during each inspection!.

LME5 StarFirst of all I need to say, Jim is an awesome person. He has a wonderful and friendly demeanor. Right from the start we knew we would love working with him. My husband and I found him to be very approachable. He took his time to listen to us and understand what we wanted in a new home. He explored every possible option with us as if he was looking out for a family member. That meant a lot to us.
My husband I had just moved from the Midwest to the Napa area which was a completely new place. It was so reassuring to have had Jim as our Realtor. He really understood the challenges that come with relocation. I recall he would use every resource possible to find a home and walk patiently along side discussing pros and cons with each home we visited. He went above and beyond to help make finding a house a reality. Especially during unique circumstances we found ourselves in with the Covid housing market. We are so grateful to him.
