Very thankful and lucky to have had the chance to meet Alyssa Gonzalez and the Home Buyers Realty team, from the first call and back and forth e-mails they made home buying a breeze. Especially since my husband and I were first time home buyers and had a ton of questions, from the midnight texts, calls, never made us feel like we were alone. I recently bought a home in the Tri Valley area and I couldn't have done it without Jeremy. I am not familiar with the area so I leaned on Jeremy heavily for his extensive knowledge of the Tri Valley neighborhoods and market. He fully understood my own personal situation and his advice and recommendations were invaluable. He found the perfect home for my family and I and under his guidance we made an offer which was accepted the next day! Making such a large purchase was scary for me, but Jeremy was there to answer all of my questions and he made the entire process run seamlessly and efficiently while looking out for my best interests. The home inspection found one pretty significant item, but Jeremy quickly worked out a perfect solution that was a win-win for both myself and the seller and the issue was resolved within just a couple hours. When the home was finally turned over to me, Jeremy was the first to notice that a couple of the keys were missing and he immediately contacted the seller's agent and had that issue resolved within a couple hours as well. The entire home-buying process went so smoothly and efficiently and I owe it all to Jeremy. I couldn't be happier.

Jeremy was great! He was the one who found the listing of the home we bought.The home was only a few hours listed but he was able to get us in to see it. From the very beginning Jeremy and his connections made the home buying process so streamlined. He had a guy for everything! Throughout the entire process Jeremy was always in communication with us letting us know what was happening and what the next step would be. He and his team crafted a solid offer that was attractive enough to the sellers to select us even though we did not come in as the highest price.
