Jenn was fantastic as my realtor when I purchased my 2BR condo in Pacific Heights, San Francisco. As a first-time buyer I relied on her expertise to guide me in presenting as strong an offer as I could. Given how competitive the market was, she suggested I write a personal letter to accompany my offer. When the owner received multiple bids, Jenn advocated for me and thanks to her efforts I was given the opportunity to respond first if I could do so within 12 hours.
