Jaylene is the best! As a lender I have closed a few buy side transactions with her in the last few months and she is extremely quick, responsive, and a great communicator. Any time I need to get in touch about statuses, timing or needs that I have from her buyers she gets it done without delay. She's also great at educating homebuyers on the process and keeps a direct line of communication open between me and the buyer so we are truly all operating on the same team. Working with her feels like she's an extension of my team, and when we operate in that way we can make sure proper expectations are set and transactions go nothing but smoothly.

Recently, I decided to move from Sacramento to Northern San Diego County. I had visited the area a few times before, but I needed someone to help guide me through the different nuances of the various cities that I was considering. Jaylene has the business knowledge and a super great personality. She has been an agent for quite some time and grew up in the area. Jaylene quickly helped me find a wonderful home to purchase, write a comprehensive offer, assisted with the negotiations (which saved me a lot of money) and closed escrow in a timely fashion.
