My wife and I purchased our first home with James recently. He made the experience painless. He was also able to refer us to someone for help with financing. Being first time home buyers we had tons of questions. Our hunt took a little over 5 months and he stood by us the entire way. Some weekends were jam packed with tours, and was always able to take us after work on weekdays. Our desired locations, and home styles changed as quickly as the interest rates did and he was able to adjust to our preferences and gave us updates and soon as a home came on the market that was close to our liking. James made my dreams come true! James sent me a listing when I was not even looking to buy a home. I was disillusioned with the housing prices in Sonoma County. I had been renting for years, but knew we had outgrown our rental. I was instantly interested in the listing he sent to me and thought the price was a bargain for Healdsburg. James offered to show me the house right away!!!! Not even 48 hours later, we were writing an offer!!! James was there every time I called him. He set up all the inspections for me and made the process so easy! I was impressed with how knowledgeable James was in the real estate industry. He was very professional.
