My husband and I were able to close on a townhome/condo in Concord - a very competitive area! Jade was so patient with us as we were first-time homebuyers who had a myriad of questions. She is VERY responsive via text and/or email and made sure to give us updates throughout the process. I loved that her team provided us with a detailed Closing Schedule that described the process and it had the deadlines for our escrow paperwork. My only piece of feedback would be that she makes sure to inform the buyers if a property is trying to sell "as-is" and to make that clear at the beginning before signing an offer and at the beginning of the escrow process. This would be helpful for first-time buyers, like us, to know exactly what "as-is" means before getting into contract. When we closed on our home, her team provided us with a lovely housewarming gift. (We didn't ask for this or even expected it!) Thank you, Jade for helping us purchase our first home!
