I started emailing Grant with my newbie questions about a year ago and he was very patient with me and tried to help me in every way. Since this was my first house search, I had no idea where to start, what to look for, and what are the best options for my situation. Grant helped me with baby steps, teaching me, and guiding me so I can get my dream house.
Once we found a house that we liked, he moved very quickly from submitting offer to closing the deal. Very professional and he will make sure you don't miss out on anything. He's more like a friend than a realtor.

I was working with another agent previously and wanted to scout around to see if I could find someone that would help me negotiate more aggressively and that knew the inner loop market a little better than my previous agent. Grant absolutely delivered on all accounts.
Yes, he was prompt at returning emails with lots of useful information for a first time home buyer. It's obvious that Grant loves what he does. Bonus points: he's also a terrific negotiator.
To give a great example of the quality of agent Grant is...There was a home near Nellie Gail Ranch I was VERY interested in viewing. It had come on the market that morning. Grant drove from another showing in Huntington Beach in RUSH HOUR traffic down the 405 South so I could view the home. He even climbed in the attic and pointed out several things that would come up on the inspection report. Gave me a great idea that I could eventually knock down a wall to make it more open concept...and, then helped me work up an offer that would interest the sellers.
I could write at length, but referrals speak louder than words. I have already recommended Grant to two people, and would recommend Grant to anyone I know.Friday 31st August 2018
romina alday5 StarBuying a house for the first time can be very intimidating! I was looking around for a good Orange county realtor, and I was very lucky to find Grant and his team! We didn't know where to start, and Grant walked us through the whole process .... From helping us choose a lender to our closing day! He was so professional and efficient, and communication was always very prompt by phone or email. We usually get a reply within minutes! He was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Brandon Guerrero5 StarWe bought our house near Disney Land with Grant. You should buy your house with Grant. He's patient, hard working, honest (ask him about the stucco on the next house you see), and will only ever have your best interests at heart. We really can't recommend him highly enough.
There are 101 things that you'll want to know throughout your next home purchase and you can repeatedly ask Grant about each of them. He'll always be there for you, from touring neighborhoods all the way through, until after your close. Need a mortgage broker? An insurance agent? How to read a NHD Report?
