She made my Lake Arrowhead dream come true. diligence and hard work with incredible follow through and detail made me feel like king of the mountain with the great house she found and negotiated a very difficult transaction Allison is the go to real estate person for local Los Angeles mountains. thanks again,

It is my great pleasure to give Allison and the Banner Team a 5 star review. A few days after I met her at our vacation home, and gave her the keys, she had the house staged, professionally photographed and up online with aerial views and a 360 degree tour of the property. I was blown away at how quick and efficient she was! Allison's ideas on how to stage the house were brilliant- we sold the house the first week on the market for much more than we expected. She has a great team of landscapers, housecleaners, furniture haulers, contractors and so much more. All of these folks also did a great job for us. Allison helped us navigate tricky paperwork and title issues with great knowledge and wonderful, quick communication, making this sale as smooth as it could be. Her friendly, positive attitude is so encouraging that it was a joy to work with her. I highly recommend Allison and the Banner Team without reservation!!!

Allison did an amazing job selling my house in Deer Lodge Park. She answered all my questions and concerns and her team was very prompt in getting my house ready to be listed. With amazing pictures and videos of my house, we received multiple offers within one week and it sold in 30 days over asking price. Allison is an amazing and knowledgeable agent. Easiest sale ever. Wanted to stop by and give a review of our land buying experience in Lake Arrowhead with The Banner team......... Excellent, great communication and held our hand through our first land buying experience. I was escorted to a few properties and in general was given great guidance on what to look for and what to think about for our first parcel purchase. The whole process was very smooth and fast moving. Allison was more than helpful on every step of the way and made time to work with our schedule for site visits and general needs that we requested. We can't wait to build a house up in Lake arrowhead and create memories at the lake with our family. Allision will always be part of those memories and we will call again when we are going to do another parcel in the future and 100 percent recommend Allison and any team members she may be working with.
