Horacio was there for the whole process and that means a lot to us. He even stated that he will be there even after the process is over. He is very knowledgeable, honest and very caring, a quality you rarely find. I loved the whole experience with negotiating the price down with the seller, I felt a rush of adrenaline and Horacio really showed his expertise and honesty. It was amazing to me, we could have paid more for our house, he took it to the next level and helped us get it cheaper, since the house required some work. If I didn’t have him, I would have just paid what the seller wanted. He also helped us by looking into a sunroom that was built. He acquired permits that were started but never finished. We just have to follow up on fixing some steps that were not to code and our house can have 250sf+ added to it. Amazing! He was also there with the loan process, he was our representative and got us a low payment that we could afford. He’s like a big brother, taking care of the little ones without the yelling of course. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Horacio, you are a great person and you have won my trust and we consider you family.
