He had a wonderful experience purchasing his first home with the help of Susan and Jerry Pujals. So, we called Jerry & Susan and they came over the same day to meet us and talk about our needs. My husband has high functioning autism and selling and moving from our home was a big step. We had several top agents vying for our business but chose the Pujals Team, specifically Jerry Pujals because he took the time to understand us as sellers and convincingly explain who he thought the buyers were for our home. Jerry and the team partnered with us every step of the way. The marketing was spot-on from the way the videos and pictures captured the appeal of our home to the pacing and placement of materials producing a demand for showings right away. He and the team coordinated the showings flawlessly, and based on Jerry's advice, we made the house available widely. Jerry is really at his best in negotiating--I'm a former trial attorney settling some big cases, so I could only admire the way Jerry handles negotiations. He predicted accurately who our buyer would be and got the price we wanted. While I can speak to the success of the sale, Jerry and Susan and the whole team are just nice people.
