My sister and I had the pleasure to work with Afshin Fahimi from Berri Real Estate when selling our family's home. Afshin was prompt, professional, and proactive. He guided us through each step of the process, putting in the time and focus to help us make our home stand out to buyers. Our home was in a family trust and there were a lot more sensitive issues that had to be kept in mind than your traditional sale, Afshin was in line with those needs perfectly throughout the process. If you’re looking to buy a single-family home in the San Francisco Bay Area, my wife and I recommend Afshin Fahimi as your real estate agent without hesitation. He is a true professional. My wife and I were long time renters and once we had our first child, we decided to buy our first home. Afshin was recommended to us by a friend, and we are grateful that we were put in touch with him. As new parents we knew we wanted to expand, but we had no idea where to begin – what type of home (condo or a single-family home), what style of home, what age of home, and even which neighborhood. From day one, Afshin held our hand and patiently navigated us through the entire buying process. He is experienced and highly knowledgeable of the complex housing market in the Bay Area. We were really lucky to get matched with Afshin as our agent! We were looking to buy a place in San Francisco and started by touring a few condos. Every time Afshin was extremely responsive and managed to schedule showings day of. While looking at a condo, we saw a listing come up for a single family home, and Afshin managed to get us in immediately. We were the first ones to see the home. After an initial showing, we went back to see the house a couple of days later, and Afshin had the offer ready the following day. Afshin did a great job advising us on the terms and negotiating with the seller's agent. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire process sending us updates as soon as he received them. Once the offer got accepted, Afshin coordinated everything with the seller's agent and the title company. It was really seamless! I don't usually write reviews, but Afshin is truly amazing to work with and has great knowledge of the city. With Afshin's help, we purchased our first home. Throughout the entire process, he's been a great resource for being able to understand the process, set expectations, and help keep the mortgage process rolling when the inevitable speedbumps occur. When we first started working with Afshin, we appreciated his home buyer seminar/consultation which really helped us know what to expect from the market and was a great way for us to have a conversation about what mattered to us in a home.
