We had a transaction with John jerry. He sent his clients to the home without him to view the property and expected commission without even showing up. Clients found our property by driving by. Then had many promises that were not followed up with on His end was not in on-time. He will try to schedule inspections before get emd in. Do not waste your time taking his offers. He puts and offer and will nickel And dime you for the appraisal. Don’t waste your time.
