We called her when she had an open property and she facetimed us so we could see the entire property while we were in another state, which really made the entire process so easy getting into a place in a crazy rental market. During our stay anytime we had a question she was literally a text away and always got right back to us. Literally the best property manager I have ever worked with as a renter. Jesse Kolb5 StarKristine and Adam, at Home North County, were our agents for the sale of our home and the purchase of our dream home. We interviewed three potential agents, and Kristine and Adam were the best fit for us. We felt they were representing the market on our sale of the home, and were willing to negotiate for a rent-back which we needed. Kristine and Adam also have common values that we share, and we really appreciated the charities that they support. Finally, we felt they were trustworthy and were very good with both our kids and dog as we went through the process. The home selling process was very smooth and we were able to and an excellent buyer quickly. The purchase process was a bit slower, and we needed our agents to be extremely hands-on as we kept a deal a&oat for quite a while until we could close. Kristine and Adam were up to the task, and we believe they might have been the only agents out there that could have steered this purchase to the finish line. Home North County had some good recommendations for contractors along the way and they even kept up with our needs after the purchase was complete.
