Stefan is fantastic, there are not enough stars for him. As first-time homebuyers, he was instrumental in helping us navigate the bay area market and the competition. He understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find that dream home. Also, I cannot stress enough how necessary it is that he knows so much about construction and building because he would instantly get under the house and let us know exactly what we would be taking on with each house. I really appreciated all of the assistance, help, and moral support, that Stefan provided in the sale of my Condo and the purchase of my new home. Stefan coordinated the work needed in order to prepare the condo to be ready for sale and provided much needed advice in the purchase of my new home. I especially appreciated his construction knowledge and honest opinion, since we had to get some work done on the condo, in addition to evaluating the condition of the new home. He was always available when needed and responsive to my requests, willing to come up to Santa Rosa from San Rafael any time I wanted to look at homes in the Santa Rosa area.
