You just won't do any better than going with Holly Gardner and her team. I recently sold a property in Sugarloaf. It initially went smoothly and quickly but there was a title glitch (my problem) that delayed the sale for several months. Holly worked with me and the buyer to keep the deal in place until the title problem was settled. Once that cleared, the final process took just a few days to complete and there are now a happy seller and a happy buyer. I just can't say enough about the care and professionalism shown by Holly.
