I’ll just go ahead and report this establishment to the Better Business Bureau. Constantly up-charging or charging cards on file without authorization. No explanation for anything, just doing what they want. There are no rules, policies or procedures being practiced at this location. The staff is poorly trained, just clueless when it comes to providing quality customer service. I literally listen to the lady at the front try to egg a customer on, after seeing that he was frustrated and confused. The manager is joke, he has no control over his staff or this establishment. Hertz corporate office should either shut this location down or restaff it but somethings got to change ... 2.6 stars should be enough of a red flag for corporate to at least consider looking into the numerous problems that this location continues to create for the paying customers of Hertz.
