I wanted to see two properties that they had listed. First they said that they had no one to show them and the owner would drive over from Sac. to show me his property. I thought this was odd. Then they wanted to know how I would pay for the property and if I had the money. I guess that they didn't believe that I had the money and said that they would have to verify that I had proof of funds before I could even see the property. I told them that I was not going to give strangers my banking information, and they said that I couldn't see the property. I wouldn't want them representing me.

Brendan Martin at Zephyr RR real estate is amazing. I would give 6 stars if I could. A very business savvy yet very friendly agent. He worked very hard for us by going over and above a regular agents role. He helped us find the right place at the right price. During our contract period he was on vacation but left us with 2 superior agents to support any questions or concerns. He even contacted us 3 times to make sure we were ok. Greta Winsby was professional, caring and patient. My Real estate transaction was a Probate sale of two homes. A probate sale can be extremely difficult. There are many unforeseen issues that will arise. Fortunately, Greta handled them with finesse. When it came to juggling both homes being subjected to the February flood of 2019; Greta was a real trooper. She dug in and helped me with the situation. It was difficult because I live in Hawaii.
