I had a very tight timeline to find a home and Herbert was understanding and made himself available every step of the way. He is a genuine person and really wants to help you find the best home that’s right for you. He provides his true opinions based on what you want and not the sticker price. Herbert helped write up offers quickly in hopes to not lose a property. In addition to Herbert being a solid agent, SRE doesn’t take the higher commission that most agencies do and it’s nice feeling to have that rebate during the closing process. To this day, if I reach out to Herbert, he responds quickly. He’s a stand up person and someone you’ll want to work with. He does what he says he’s gonna do. I now have a beautiful home and great investment. Happy client. 😊

Working with Herbert was the best decision we made. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very patient. Working with Herbert felt like having a family member helping you buy a house. He was always available to answer our questions and followed up on pending issues which made the process stress-less for us. He even helped with the delivery of our new AC unit! If you’re thinking of having Herbert be your realtor – do it! He always returns our calls/texts promptly, is knowledgeable about the area and the transaction process (and not afraid to consult with someone when he doesn’t know the answer), is patient, and most of all he genuinely cared about finding us the right home. We interviewed 4 agents, and from the beginning Herbert showed us the most attention and drive. That continued throughout the entire process. It took several months, lots of offers, and countless home tours to ultimately find a home that we love. We got discouraged at times because prices were rising quickly, inventory was low, and rates were going up. Herbert kept a positive outlook and was a hopeful, calm presence during our search. He was honest with us when he didn’t like something about a home or thought it was over-priced, so we felt like he cared more about finding us the best fit rather than making the quickest commission. He even went above and beyond the call of duty during close of escrow by helping the seller with some last minute things. We couldn’t be happier that we got to work with Herbert, and highly recommend you do the same!
