If you are a first time homebuyer or not, Helen is the best! As first time homebuyers, my husband and I didn’t know where to start or if it was even possible for us to buy a home. Helen was so great at explaining the process and our options. She consistently provided info on houses within our budget, always asked good questions that we would never know to think of, and knew when to warn us if something wasn’t a good idea. Helen was always responsive whenever we had questions and even calmed our nerves when we we decided to put an offer on our home. She was our realtor, advocate, and is now a dear friend! If you are looking for a realtor, I HIGHLY recommend Helen!

Helen is literally THE best choice you can ever make when choosing who will represent you in buying and/or selling a home! I actually did BOTH with her. There are few people you can really trust that truly have the wealth of knowledge and experience in effectively navigating the ever-changing real estate market. She was able to make the entire process from beginning to end so very easy and seamless. Helen also went out of her way to assist me even prior to beginning the process to sell my home. Her professionalism, expertise and kindness is unmatched. We were so lucky to have her as our Broker/Real Estate Agent to help guide us through the process. Her expertise helped me both sell my property at top dollar (well over asking!) and then turn around and purchase another home as an investment at a great price. Helen and her team are dedicated professionals when it comes to real estate. They love their job and give more than 100% to their clients. We were new to the area and Helen was on top of things and gave us a filtered view of homes we wanted and within couple of days we were bidding for the house.
