Absolutely gross. Girl in the drive through dropped the fries scooped them up and put them in my bag. Then when I come in to talk to a manager the manager was aggregated that I asked to speak to her. Then the drive thru girl pulled her shirt up adjusted her bra/tank top and went back to handling food. And absolutely disgusting place

We stopped for what we thought was going to be a quick drive thru order. WRONG, almost 25 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our order. Not impressed with the service at this location.

I was next in line to order when I walked through the door with 3 people ahead ahead of me that had already ordered. The other customers warned me they had already been there for 30 minutes waiting for their food. After 45 minutes one got their food left then came back because the order was wrong. After a half hour standing at the register I left without ordering or any contact with an employee. There seemed to be plenty of employees to function and It was an off time with 3 people ahead of me and just a handful of cars in the drive thru, there didn't seem to be any reason for the long wait times for everyone.

Ordered Chicken strips afterwork & in route home first order old / not as warm as I d like. Waited 10 mins. to receive a 2 nd order that was not cooked in entirety. You can look at these straps and tell the difference. The young lady at the drive thru was a bit abrupt and upset that I d returned for quality food . I ve only been to this location a couple times but this was definitely my worse & not impressive for future visits. Dave the Manager was accommodating trying to prepare the 2nd batch which was a epic fail. I was invited to return to replace the order at a later date. Time is value & if customers have an appetite for quality food some things hold a lasting impression. Concerned Customer

My curly fries were hard and cold I ordered a Frisco burger that was fine and then I ordered two large hot ham and cheeses well I think they gave me two small ones and everything was cold on it also there was nothing hot about it the cheese was not even melted all the way really bad service I also told him I wanted a large combo with the fresco and they gave me a regular I think they should pay more attention to the customers man
