I have worked with other agents in the past, and I found that Habran has really exceeded my expectations. Working with someone who is familiar with the VA loan process made my home search so much easier. Not only was he knowledgeable he really cared about the type of home I ended up in. As an active duty service member, I used my VA loan to purchase my first home. Habran is aware of all the stipulations required in a home to get VA approved. I’ve really enjoyed working with him as his knowledge and experience really shows, making my first time home purchase a smooth process. His patience and attentiveness to what I wanted in a home made the search last a little over three months. All of my questions and concerns were addressed with each home we looked at and he was even accommodating when I couldn’t make it to an open house by doing a virtual walk through. This process has been quite the journey for me and I feel like I’ve made a friend in the real estate business. I wholeheartedly recommend Habran and his services. I will be looking him up again in the future when my family grows and I need a bigger home.

Habran is a professional, caring, resourceful, respectful, and friendly. He answered all our questions and was engaged throughout the entire process. His photographer; Kristianna is an amazing person. She did awesome guiding us on how to prepared the house before pictures day and after for the open house. Super friendly. They both put their hearts into planning, preparation, executing and finalizing the entire process. If you are looking for a realtor Habran is the best in San Diego area. I worked with Habran on a rental property that I sold in San Diego. He was amazing!! He was so responsive with any questions I had and he was so positive. He knew exactly what I should price the house for and literally had offers coming in the same day it went on the market. He was such a help through the entire process. I don’t live in town so he was able to be my right hand man during the entire thing. He was able to let the inspector and appraiser in. I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

I worked with and under Habran Lara for a couple of years and had nothing but positive experiences. He was someone you could always go to for advice for just about anything, whether it was work or personal, he could always help.
