Because of Marni's connection with Home-Light's Trade In Program, the process of us buying a new house and selling our existing house was extremely smooth. This program allowed us to purchase a new home and move into the new home before we sold our existing home and this made the process of selling a house a wonderful experience for my family. Another huge benefit of the program was our house was empty and staged when Marni began to show our house, as a result we received 25k over asking. I recommend the Home Light program for anyone with a family or buyers who want to be a stronger buyer. This program makes the process of buying a new house and selling an existing house so much easier.
