Nick Miller5 StarWhen it came to selling our house, Greg Hendrickson at Seven Gables Real Estate was a fantastic agent. He walked us through what to update prior to listing, managed the handyman performing the cosmetic updates, coordinated with the photographer and the stager to make our house look amazing in person and in pictures, and kept us updated on the state of the housing market so we could keep our expectations reasonable. Additionally, he helped us get a “home refresh loan” that was effectively an interest free loan to allow us to make the suggested home renovations. Ultimately, even with the raising interest rates, we were able to get an offer on our home in 10 days and closed after 21 days of escrow thanks to Greg’s stewardship.
