Excellent service! Friendly people especially Kam. Went out of his way to make sure I didn’t struggle with fixing my car. Fixed my car pretty much like new and were very helpful throughout the process. I recommend them 10/10!

Needed a repair done on my car and this place was suggested by my uncle and Cam knows his stuff and won’t hesitate to answer. Terrific customer service because he called me a few times for updates on my repair and the team did a solid job repair my car. I would highly recommend this collision shop to anyone.

An update at the bottom. Don't want people to get misled by their "5 star" Google Reviews ( I was a victim of the same), as I don't think they deserve it. They did extremely poor job at repairs and customer service. Below I have given more details on both. Customer Service- Front of the car was completely damaged and I was told it would take around 10 days for the car to get repaired. I did not care until it was more than 15 days and there was no update on repairs of my car. I called them after 15 days for updates. They kept delaying the repair work saying wrong parts are being delivered by the company they are ordering from. If they really are professionals this delay could have been avoided as they would have known how the order process works when placing an order for parts of a particular car. In my opinion no one would ship wrongly ordered items and this delay was to save money resulting from slow shipping of parts. I got my car after more than 30 days. For 30 days I had to use Uber to drive to work and used Enterprise rent a car over the weekends, both of which costed me around $1000 for whole month. Insane it is, when someone says 10 days and gives your car after 30 days with ZERO compensation for inconvenience you have undergone! Repairs- They did a terrible job at repairs. Horn doesn't work after repairs. CD Player doesn't work after repairs. This is very unprofessional work. I called them to let them know about this and requested an appointment on Saturday. But they denied helping me on Saturday. This was a mistake on their part and if they really are helpful and professional as other people described in reviews they should have given me an appointment on Saturday as anyone would be busy during weekdays office hours. Anyways, I dont trust them so I wont even bother going there for these remaining repairs. Will spend some more money out of pocket and will get it done else where. I feel cheated! Update!! I just noticed the owners never ending reply to my negative comments. I find it amusing how they say the initial quote was $8000 (which never happened - because I would never agree to pay that amount out-of-pocket) just goes to show how EXPENSIVE this place can be when you go for repairs. Also I find it amusing that instead of offering a short reply saying "Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Please do provide us another opportunity to serve and we will do our best to compensate." they want to indulge in a never ending BLAME GAME with an unsatisfied customer. This just goes to show how POOR really is their customer service! They really need to UP their game if they want to serve their customers best mechanically, financially and ETHICALLY (almost everything in their reply is a LIE they are using to defend themselves). Sure, let me agree that they probably are doing something right that they continue to get 5 star reviews. But they should also be humble enough to accept criticism from an unsatisfied customer and work on areas where they can improve as opposed to playing the BLAME GAME.

Incredibly efficient, kind, professional & affordable! Got me in on a Saturday last minute, kept me informed the whole time, finished up same day, did excellent work on my fender & headlight for a super reasonable price. Would highly recommendations !!!!! Thank you! Edit: Forgot to mention that they even discounted the service for me and even stayed later than shop closing time to finish up same-day. Super appreciated, wonderful place!
