My family was incredibly fortunate to work with Grant Beggs on selling our home in Cole Valley and purchasing another in Lower Pacific Heights. Every step along the way, Grant guided us with kindness and knowledge, and spot-on advice. After 12 years of living in the same home, we started casually looking for a new house in December, immediately finding the right one, but it was already in contract after just days on the market. Grant proposed we put in a back-up offer, and remarkably the other offer fell through and we got the home, the perfect home. We then had the task of moving out of our longterm house and making improvements to prepare it for sale. Grant was by our side every step of the way. He knew the perfect stager, the service to have our windows cleaned, the person to have our fire alarms upgraded, and so on, and he would meet them at the house, always professional and prompt and generous with his time. He presented comps in a complete report, understanding the market and neighborhood with a consultant's business savvy. He would jump on a zoom call to answer any questions and walk us through all of the details and Docusigns, and made what would have been a very daunting process, a real pleasure. In listing the home, Grant went above and beyond, with the listing, photographer, marketing, and he sold it for exactly the price we hoped for in the first weekend to wonderful buyers. In my line of work, someone once paid me the highest compliment, that I was like a Four Seasons concierge to my client, and I often thought this is true of Grant in all of our experiences with him. We will truly miss working with him now that we are happily ensconced in our beautiful new home. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He is the very best at what he does.

My wife and I were first time buyers in the San Francisco market and we were referred to Grant and his team through a mutual friend. Grant is incredible. Not only is he professional and responsive (at all hours of the day and night), he holds tremendous insights into market dynamics and drives each process as a true advisor to help you find your home. Grant knows the ins and outs of the different streets /neighborhoods in SF, nuances of the varying home styles (Edwardian, Victorian, Sunset classics, etc.) and rationale for price and value. He puts his clients first and took us through tens of houses so we could figure out our ideal one together. We learned A LOT working with Grant, and the knowledge is invaluable. I have worked with other agents where we're expected to figure a lot out on our own and the difference is clear. Grant is an amazing realtor! He is so patient, wise and knows so much about the SF housing market. Talk about e2e service! He even helped put us in touch with our lender (also very great rates and service). Whenever we went to see a house Grant would be sure to point out where the pitfalls were e.g. how to deal with rental units in single family homes, and how to imagine the space e.g. which walls could come down to open up the room. You could 100% trust when Grant tells you this is a good house or not because he takes time to understand your needs and is always looking out for your interests. He patiently walked us through bidding, was a great negotiator, praised us when we weren’t comfortable going higher on houses that were getting overly competitive, and ultimately helped us win our first home. Grant isn’t just a realtor he’s really a mentor, teacher and friend!
