I had the unfortunate experience of working with Garrick Yan Real Estate while selling my home. In the Bay Area there are more bad agents then good. It’s what you expect when the market is usually hot and the prices are high (easy buy/sell with high agent commissions). Everyone has a real estate license these days, hell my mother’s chihuahua is taking the test next week. Taking the test, passing, and receiving your license doesn’t make you a good agent. Not even close. Garrick Yan and his office failed to display any sign of being a good agents. Here are some things Garrick Yan Real Estate are good at, please book an appointment if any of the following are things you look for in a real estate agent. -Not Communicating: Do you like sending 2-3 emails a day and receiving no replies from anyone in his office? Book an appointment today! -Fail to meet promised deliveries: 12 contingency removal? No problem Garrick takes 22! -25-30 day close: Also not a problem for Garrick! 25 actually looks like 37, you’re welcome! -24 hours notice to view your property while in contract: more like 2 hours notice or he’ll just show up and unlock the place like he owns it. -Customer Service(non existent): How frustrating is it to ask the same question for a week straight and receive 0 emails in return. This happened with several situations throughout closing, Garrick does his best to ruin transactions! -Asking the same question multiple time: I love answering the same question 5 times. It’s great for my blood pressure. Seriously though. If you are looking for an agent that won’t communicate, breaks contractual promises and potentially will lose your dream home for you in the process, you have came to the right place! This guy doesn’t even deserve 1 Star...

I’m very happy and lucky to have Garrick as our agent and he helped us to find out home. He’s extremely professional and has a lot of patience to show as many houses we want.
