This review is long overdue. Anyone can sell a beautiful condo in a super hot market, but only savvy, confident and experienced agents like Gabrielle can sell a SF condo for over asking during such uncertain times as existed in the pre-vaccine Covid SIP. We hired Gabrielle because she had a very firm grasp of the latest real estate activity in our neighborhood and a keen understanding of how best to position our listing and generate interest. We appreciated her no nonsense, straightforward communications with us. Gabrielle proved to be a tough negotiator and brought multiple buyers to the table with her amazing outreach efforts. I needed to sell my property right as all the financial markets were crashing and it was a very stressful time. Gabrielle worked with me and my agent and though it was a very complex deal, she was amazing at navigating both me and the buyer through the rough waters. She is very experienced, and has a wealth of knowledge. On top of doing what most realtors know how to do, she has a legal background which is super helpful. Gabrielle also has amazing interpersonal skills, and really explains all the options thoroughly and helps people understand the pro's and con's of each option in a very thought-out and strategic way.
