Aubrey Selfridge1 StarAs a tenant be careful working with this agency. Really document everything moving in and moving out of a dwelling. Gary took over our rental at the time and at time of move out hammered our deposit for damage that was already in dwelling and charged us for other unnecessary charges and used scare tactics during move out. Have heard of similar stories with him and other tenants. Beware do your homework and know your rights. He was a outstanding public servant for many of years and sad to see the road he has taken to take advantage of tenants.
