First time using this service. Found on google. Reviews are positive and I second this. First impression was that customer service was responsive and on top of communication. They responded to a repair need quickly and kept me up to date when they experienced delays. I like that the business is tech savvy and has a team of pros. They have their business together and seem to be top tier in professionalism. JR Hernandez quickly diagnosed our problem and was very clear and articulate when communicating the problem and presenting the tiered options for repair. Once we selected our option, he was able to do the work swiftly, efficiently, and was friendly all the while. I felt very comfortable and would use these guys again. They’re not cheap but they know what they are doing and you get what you pay for. I would use these guys again for any major problems or projects.

Jorge and Adam rocks! Very up front and honest! Explained everything they were doing and letting us know at all times when there was a change in action. We called them out for a simple installation of a laundry fan to hooking our dryer plug to a new breaker. Finding out we needed a whole new breaker panel. They did this job very quickly and efficiently. I definitely want Jorge and Adam to come back to our home to preform additional work that we plan on doing in the future.

George recently did electrical repair/rewiring at my home. He was excellent! He explained in detail the company policy, the pricing and what my repair needed. Upon his initial assessment, he advised us of the additional work needed and give us several options and we chose. He worked very hard and completely corrected the faulty outlet. He left the area clean and tidy (actually - cleaner than it was to begin with!). I asked him how long he was with the company and he informed me it was 5 years and how much he enjoyed the company and well respected and treated the employees are. So nice to hear of a family run company that does good work and treats employees properly. My son in law had occasion to stop by and I told him our family now has a GREAT electrical repair company to call upon for electrical work! Keep up the good work!

I really appreciated their customer service, attention to detail, and taking me through the different options for replacing my attic fan, which required some additional work on the electrical panel to balance the load. George was very professional and informative. He wanted to ensure that I made the best decision for my house's needs. The workmanship was quality and thankfully all the transactions were digital. I left happy and would recommend them again for your next electrical job.

Jesse was extremely responsive, professional, and friendly. He and his colleague Nick worked quickly and effectively. They replaced our fully messed up panel and left it 10x better than they found it. No details was spared. Jesse explained each step along the way and patiently answered all of our questions. They were also highly respectful of our space and time. Highly recommend!
