She was able to send a technician to my home the next day to diagnose our electrical issue. Our technician, Casey, was honest, knowledgeable, and very professional. John and Edie Martell5 StarCalled a couple electrical companies being new to the area , and the schedule did not workout. Called Excel, next day Dave showed up on behalf of Excel. He sold himself , and his company to me within 10 minutes we reached an agreement on the electrical items I needed addressed, including a generator. I have hired a lot of companies from the rental units I have owned thru the years, never have I met an employee that is dedicated to a company. He sold his company to me as well as the products. This is my New company. Again Kudos to your Technician Dave E . In closing I also talked to Tom I believe the service manager, that was also a pleasant experience. Paul Karp5 StarSo far they are very professional and prompt. They are going to install a generator and will be done in 2 months. They seem to know their business.
They completed the installation and we had a problem with propane tank they discovered and did all the things needed to get it corrected. They were very patient and had to come back a few times till the propane company did the repair and we’re still very accommodating and we got the job done.
