I am the trustee of her estate and live out of state which required an additional level of communication for selling a home. It’s not easy to sell a property having never met the realtor in person but Erin was amazing from start to finish. She advised me on next steps throughout the entire process, answered a million and 42 questions and she really had my family’s best interest at heart. The process was long and somewhat difficult at times due to a difficult family member and Erin stayed positive and professional the entire time. I found Erin to totally take charge in assisting me in getting all of the inspections lined up and getting any repairs that I needed to get done.
