Each rental vehicle at Enterprise is thoroughly cleaned between every rental and backed with our Complete Clean Pledge. This includes washing, vacuuming, general wipe down, and sanitizing with a disinfectant that meets leading health authority requirements, with particular attention to more than 20-plus high-touch points. We also extend the Complete Clean Pledge to our shuttles (for airport locations) and neighborhood branches.  To help protect both customers and employees, we have modified our car rental process. This includes the addition of curbside rentals at our locations to help promote social distancing by getting you quickly on your way while avoiding foot traffic in our locations. Delivery is also offered at select car rental locations throughout the country. Please contact your rental branch for availability. Whether you are picking your vehicle up curbside, or if we deliver it to you, we’re committed to maintaining proper distance throughout the process. Advance Check-In is now available at 100+ U.S locations so you will not need to stop at the rental counter. You can modify or cancel your reservation via our website or mobile app. We have extended our existing no-fee cancellation policy to include customers with pre-paid rentals booked directly through us. To extend your car rental, you can click “Call to Extend Your Rental” in our mobile app. You can also call your rental branch or 1-855-266-9565 to extend your reservation.

I have been renting vehicles for years from several different Enterprise locations. Ever since Joe has been a manager at this site, every experience has exceeded my expectations. He is beyond awesome! He truly values his customers and goes far and beyond to accommodate any needs and/or requests. Thank you Joe!. Because of you, Enterprise deserves a million stars!! Excellent customer service and quick and easy reservations! Overall, I highly recommend this location!!

I’ve always used Enterprise Rent A Car for years now because of the unlimited mileage advantage over the other car rental companies, and because of the customer pick up and drop off availability. This is the 2nd time that I’ve come to the Kirkwood office to rent a car due to the superior service that the Assistant Manager, Joe, provided to me in November of this year. I called their office early morning to inquire about their car availability that day because their offices on Rt. 40 Pulaski Hwy. in Delaware and Elkton, Maryland outright said “No, we don’t have any cars available.” Joe answered my call and said that there was no car available for me as well. However, he offered to call their other offices to see if they had a car that can be transferred to their location. Joe called me in an hour to let me know that I can pick up the car in their office by 12noon. The car was not as clean as I wanted it to be but I am giving this office a 5 star rating because of Joe’s demeanor. He immediately apologized and asked me if I can wait a few minutes so he can get the car cleaned. It was impeccably clean when I drove it away. Every customer deserve the superior service and “can do” attitude provided to me by Joe. Because of Joe, I was able to get to my appointment in time. He truly made my day! I came back to the Kirkwood office yesterday to pick up a full size car that I reserved on-line the night before. Kate helped me this time. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with but to no fault of her own, she was giving me a very small car. It was the only one available. I told her that it was not what I signed up for. Joe immediately came up to my rescue and said that there was a full size car getting cleaned, and if I had time to wait. I told him that I was pressed for time. Joe then told me that the only other option was a small SUV. I took it with the condition that it must be very clean. Kate showed me the vehicle and it was. Once again, I commend Joe for stepping up the plate. I greatly appreciate Joe’s superior customer service and people kills plus his service with a smile and happy personality. This is rare to find nowadays with customer service people in all industries. I also applaud Joe’s team for emulating the A1 people skills of Joe! I hope that the Enterprise Rent A Car company gives Joe and his team the reward and recognition that they deserve for a job well done! Thank you Joe and team for your superior service! I will highly recommend your office to friends and family. Happy Holidays!
