Very bad company. All the different locations and the roadside customer service are very bad with their customer. I Spent a week in hell just because I went there for a rental after being in an accident. I Missed work and almost got fired because of the rental. The tired went flat i call them and waited for an hour untill i have to paid somebody else $70 to help me with the spare tired. And even after i took the car where they told me to get it fixed, the same thing happened the next day and I had them towed the car cos i didn't want to spend my money again.They keep sending me to different location for replacement, but none of them could get me a car. Excuses upon Excuses.The roadside customer service make me to wait under cool and insecurities for more than an hour after 12h at work. I had to talk to 8 of them at the roadside customer service for a ride to get home. Some of them even hung up the phone on me. But all can say is thank you Lord for keeping safe. I have another week before the end of my reservation but I prefer to find my way than to continue this suffer with enterprise.

I pulled up with no reservation and they were kind enough to get me into a vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off and was trying to get an uber to go home. I live 3-4 mins away and the uber wanted 17$. I told my daughter that we was going to catch the bus home and Kelow (one of the employees) offered us a ride home at no cost. My overall service was exceptional 👌. Everyone works as a team at this location. 1 band 1 sound. Thanks again Landover Hills Enterprise. Keep up the good work 👏.

Manager Kathleen Lucas and her staff are a great unit that can get you the kind of car you requested or die trying to get another one close to the make and model you want. They are very professional and highly customer service oriented. They make you feel like honored guests in their store and always have reliable cars and trucks to rent. Wonderful experience renting automobiles from this Enterprise Rent-A-Car Store.

Danyelle Johnson the branch manager is awesome! She was friendly & professional and handled my rental expeditiously. Also, she personally washed & sanitized my rental car to ensure its cleanliness both inside 'n out - great effort!

Let me start by saying i've been trying rent a vehicle since 9/29. My vehicle was in an accident. Although it took until 10/6 to get a rental the Landover hills and New Carrollton office were in contact every step of the way until I was placed into a vehicle. I spoke to Ms. Kathy once, I was told by another branch that she's the manager at the Landover hills location(where i received my rental). I hope she knows that she has a dynamic trio with these 3 expediting calls & vehicles as a team. The 3 I'm speaking of are Jaylen, Daijah snd Kelo. Jaylen and Daijah were persistent in communicating my place on the waiting list for a vehicle. It was a pleasure to finally meet them in person after speaking with them on the phone for that week . When I arrived I was greeted by Kelo's warm smile. They all were courteous, attentive and had positive attitudes.
