Our experience working with Enrica has been absolutely magical from the start. After months of working with another realtor that didn’t quite work out, Enrica found us our dream home within days of meeting her. The next day, she took us for a private showing and we fell in love with the home. Here’s where her brilliance really came to light - she helped us put together a strategic, creative offer that was accepted despite not being the highest bid and we are closing today on our absolute dream house. As first-time home buyers in a market that had me in tears daily, Enrica was like a saving grace. She made me feel calm, supported, and brought back the excitement and positivity into our home buying process. She is also extremely thoughtful and kind, and just an all around wonderful person. As first time buyers Enrica made purchasing a home a great experience. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She knew the entire landscape in Marin for Eichler and other modern homes. This made us very trusting and comfortable to work with her. She patiently explained the entire process in great detail of purchasing a home from making an offer to working with a mortgage broker. I appreciated how fast she would respond whenever we reached out to her anytime of the day. I will always remember how she met us late one evening to look at a house in the pitch dark with the pouring rain to accommodate our schedules. We loved working with her and would highly recommend her!!!!
