We had incident in Ohio and they have 1 employed whom hated me and my husband for no reason and treated us as such and even when given legal clearence would not let us even get property out of car even though he let everyone else ..terrible terrible the other staff however were helpful it just sucked that we had to go and run around until the dude that hated us left so the other employees can actually let us go get our stuff he has costed us most money I've ever spent in a situation a car and everything because he has passed judgment.

My vehicle needed to be towed they showed up in less than 10 minutes. Estimate done and sent to insurance company within 24 business hours. Engel's awesome as usual! They have always been efficient with superior work and very kind to me Everytime I have used their services. Thank you!

Worst place I've ever dealt with. They ripped me off for over $250 for the tow/stow then have me nothing in return for the title. Every other place- you sign over your title and you walk away debt free. They were impolite and I'm thinking about doing the police dept that had them type my car for my money back at the very least. I'll never again use their services and your an idiot off you do after reading this.
