I’ve been bringing my cars to EMT Automotive for the past few years. Timmy takes the time to explain things to me, in laymen’s terms, AND to show me (because I’m visual) what he means. He is patient, honest and full of integrity. I don’t have to worry about any gimmicks with him. In a world where many will try to take full advantage of a customer, especially a woman, I am thankful and grateful I don’t have to worry about that. 5-star service, yet again!

I am beyond grateful for Tim, as he saved me over $1000 in unnecessary repairs. I brought my car to a small chain shop for an oil change. They quoted me over $1700 worth of stuff needing immediate repair. After calling a trusted friend in the industry, I was introduced to Tim. He identified the necessary repairs and the ones that were nowhere near in need of replacement. It’s really sad that shops will upsell you in unnecessary repairs in hopes that you don’t know anything. While I don’t, my friend does and knows who to call. Tim is honest and helpful and kind. I’ll never go to another shop and can’t rave about him enough!

3rd time I've been there and once again, Tim did a great job. He's very professional as well as personable. He gave me an appointment & stuck to it. I was in and out in less then an hour. He asked me questions and kept me informed on anything he was doing and asked me if I wanted something done before he did it . I feel he's very trustworthy & highly recommend him to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment for my car's inspection and oil change the other week - I spoke with the owner Tim. He is very professional, punctual and does honest work. My family takes all three of our cars here to his shop for the best service. Thanks Tim!

I called on a Saturday at 830am and spoke to Tim, the owner. I asked if I could bring my wife car by to have a shimmy concern checked out. Tim was extremely friendly and polite, he explained he was only open until 930am that day due to an event they were having. With that being said he still offered to go for a ride with me to check it out. I swapped cars with my wife and got there around 9AM and he jumped right in and we went for a drive. We talked about what it may be, if you dont know about cars he is very helpful with explanations. I will be setting up an appointment with him to check it over in the shop. Top notch customer service, extremely nice and trustworthy person/technician. Thanks Tim!
