She listened and If we had questions she had the answers, if not immediately within the same day or the next morning. Our purchase went smoothly and she gave us a list of contractors and service people if we needed them in the future, It was a good experience and would highly recommend Emily.

I spent half a year constantly reaching out to Emily Valdez regarding many various homes I was considering. She always promptly got back with specific details plus inside info such as bad traffic or fixer upper comments. She was available weekends and evenings and also by email anytime. She has given me a dozen numbers such as handymen, etc. and I feel so welcome to a new city. Hubby just added “enthusiasm, upbeat, knowledgeable, great sense of humor yet doggedly pursued the goals we had. Overall a joy to work with.” when it came to our dream home, she negotiated for us and succeeded above 5 other bidders. After we moved in she continued to reach out to us with helpful info.
