Elizabeth is an all-around outstanding realtor. My wife and I were moving to another city, and had already closed on a new home. I wanted an experienced realtor that could get our first home sold quickly at a fair price without requiring much of my time dealing with the back-and-forth. I remembered Elizabeth from my experience as a potential buyer walking through open houses she was showing in the neighborhood months earlier. She was a real standout in terms of her professionalism, experience and directness. That's why she was the first realtor I thought of when I was planning to sell my own home. Elizabeth came in, assessed the situation, put together a game plan, and got the home sold at a good price way sooner than I had expected. She also didn't push for costly repairs or carpet/paint replacements that were not necessary to attract the right buyers. This made the process highly cost-efficient as well. I like people who are exceptional in their field, and have the ability to take charge and get the job done right without the need for oversight. Elizabeth was all that and more. I am incredibly pleased with my experience, and strongly recommend Elizabeth for anyone considering selling their home.

HONEY STOP THE CAR! WE'VE FOUND OUR REALTOR. The best way to describe our experience with Elizabeth is: HIGH QUALITY PERSONALIZED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. We contacted Elizabeth to assist us in listing our condo and purchasing a home. Elizabeth's communication skills are excellent. She was very clear and concise in helping us understand what it would take to achieve the sale and purchase. Let me just say...prior to contacting her, we were so stressed at the prospect of listing our condo. With Elizabeth's guidance, the preparation was seamless. The best part about working with Elizabeth is her personality and her ability to negotiate. During our purchase, she was very efficient and ensured the terms and conditions were in our best interest. Her team ensured all inspections were scheduled timely and provided us with all necessary reports when we couldn't be present. Did I mention we were on vacation a full 2 weeks during this process. Elizabeth never missed a beat. Honestly, we could have stayed on vacation the during the whole process and Elizabeth would've greeted us with the keys to our new home when we stepped off the plane. The entire process from when we first met her at an open house that she was having for someone else's home, to the time when we finally decided that we wanted to list with her, she was personable and professional. She was more than patient with us as we took our time in deciding if and when we wanted to list. She guided us through each and every step. STAY AWAY from this realtor ELIZABETH WINER EVERSEN! Few of my friends were a VICTIM! Completely unprofessional, Arrogant, Greedy about money. ASK SAMINA! She was FORCED to sign a contract! I came across to this ARROGANT realtor a few times @ Village at the Park Pool. She says "I do a LOT of business here around Village at the Park blah blah Yeah right! She's very ARROGANT! I was laughing coz I am a medical doctor by profession but I don't bragged at all. I live in Spanish Hills neighborhood in Camarillo. ELIZABETH WINER EVERSEN lives in 372 Twilight Ct @ Village At the Park Bought the house in Dec 2009 for $573K & she's the THIRD owner. She was my friend's neighbor! & was ACTING like a "HIGH END" realtor agent like Rose Mary Allison. Be professional, please! Act like a golden age! Really, fake review! Now, tell me who is telling the truth?!
