This review is long overdue! Elena is hands down the best realtor in the east bay. We worked with Elena to buy our first house in 2015. When we decided we needed a bigger place a few months ago we contacted Elena. She had been amazing in 2015 and had kept in touch, offering housing advice to us more than once. Our selling experience was wonderful. On her suggestion, we had some minor work done on the house to get it ready to sell. She organized all of it and even got us a light fixture we needed and power washed our fence! The sale was a stress-free experience because of her, which was good since I was heavily pregnant and delivered my baby in the middle of the process. We got an excellent price for our home, far beyond what we expected. My husband and I are so thankful to have Elena as our realtor! You will not be disappointed putting your trust in her.

Elena is one of the most intelligent and professional agents I've ever encountered. I referred dear friends to her that needed to renovate and sell a family home. She developed a process whereby she managed everything from design, sourcing, hiring/managing/paying trades, staging, listing, marketing and ultimately selling the home in record time for top dollar. Her attention to detail, and management of the entire process seemed effortless, though having managed my own projects, I know how cumbersome and tedious it can be. My wife and I highly recommend Elena. We are first time home buyers and we think it’s very important to pick the right real estate agent. Elena showed up on the top of the list. I contacted her and she got back to me right away, and scheduled the introduction. After the first time talking to her, we knew right away she is the best agent we can find. She took care of everything from making sure our offer stood out from other buyers, to scheduling inspections, to making tough negotiations, and making sure we were completely happy with everything before we moved in to our new house. My friend recommended Elena when I was in a need of an agent to make an offer on the apartment I liked. She jumped right in and we had an offer ready within a couple of days. We didn’t win that one and had to look a bit more. She was available to show me properties whenever needed and answered all my newbie questions in detail and with patience. Finally we did find a property that I liked, made an offer and won. Elena supported me though the whole process and made the experience as pleasant as possible throughout all the stages.

We sold our house with Elena in April 2022 and the level of her service is still as impeccable as it was 5 years ago when we bough it with her. We were moving to another state and had vacated the house before it went on the market and Elena did a great job taking care of the house as if it was her own one. She was very transparent with the process and was always there for us when we had any questions. We can’t think of a single thing that could have been improved and my only regret is that we won’t be able to continue working with her in the future as we moved out of the area.
