Elcon Electric replaced a strip light with recessed lighting. It was a great experience starting with scheduling. Most people underrate how important it is to have competent people answer the phone and schedule work. The electrician who came to my house was on time. He suggested placement for the recessed lights and taped cutouts to the ceiling so I could approve placement before he cut holes into the ceiling. I also liked that he had no issues installing the lights I purchased on Amazon. Great, no nonsense experience and I’d hire Elcon Electric again.

I had booked an appointment to look at a water heater issue, the electrician came out and initially things seemed fine. He explained what he was going to do to fix the issue, and told me he was going to leave to price the materials needed and then email an invoice and follow-up. I never got the e-mail and so, I called the electrician back the next day and told him such and he said he was gonna send the email again in "10 minutes when he's done with a customer." Lo and behold I, again, didn't get any e-mail and also didn't get the phone call. It's been three days since with zero contact from the electrician and I have no interest in trying to repeatedly follow up with someone who is apparently uninterested in doing what they said they would.

Professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Luis came to our property to check an area where several sidewalk lights that were out, making it a hazardous for people walking that area at night. He quickly found where the problem was and promptly fixed it. Luis was very friendly and thoroughly explained all the repairs to me. I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you!

Definitely recommend this electrical company. I called them on Monday, they were available on Wednesday. It's now Wednesday 5pm and all my electrical problems are solved. Thank you Brett and Ali for being reliable, professional and affordable!
