Edwin sold my house within days of listing for far, far above asking price with multiple offers. His marketing videos/photos and open house were exceptionally well done. Also, I am sure the experience could not have been better with any other realtor. Edwin took controll of everything, from decluttering, cleaning, repairs and staging in order to show my house to best advantage. I needed this level of involvement as I had moved out of state some months prior and flew in just for a few weeks to prep my house for sale. We are very pleased that we had a chance to work with Edwin. Buying a home can always be a very challenging and emotionally draining process but during this unprecedented competitive market you may need all the help you can get. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is who you choose to represent you. If you are looking for a home in Glendale/La Crescenta or nearby areas, Edwin is an excellent choice. He is local and will always make time to show you a home even on short notice. He has been facilitating the buying/selling of homes over 20 years in the area, so he is very familiar with the type of properties and their characteristics. He has a lot of experience renovating homes so he can tell you details about a property that you may have not noticed yourself. If you check out Edwin’s transaction history it is obvious that he is pretty successful, yet he has no interest in putting you in a home that he does not believe is a good fit for you and he is going to do his very best to not let you underbid or, more importantly, overbid for a house. There were a few times when we were about to make an offer on a property, but Edwin strongly advised us not to. In retrospect, we are extremely grateful that he convinced us to keep focus on the priorities we are looking for in a home and to stay the course with our gameplan. As I mentioned earlier, Edwin has been very successful in the area for over 20 years so it should not be a surprise that he has an outstanding reputation with other realtors in the area. He is a great negotiator, not in a sleazy used car salesman kind of way but more in a collaborative partnership kind of way, where both parties are pleased with the end result. Like it or not, when you are competing with anywhere from 10-70 prospective buyers, every little detail that sets your offer apart from the rest could make or break your chances. If the selling realtor on the other side of the table has had a very positive experience working with Edwin in the past or is familiar with his excellent reputation, then that could help your case immensely. Speaking from my personal experience, we could not be happier with our new home and we cannot thank Edwin enough for all his help. Even after getting our offer accepted, Edwin made sure we avoided any common pitfalls that could delay the closing of escrow and, as I am writing this review, he is still hooking me up with lists of all his handymen, electricians and plumbers to help with minor repairs/upgrades around the house.

Edwin and his team have been very accommodating and professional. We reached out to him to sell one of our rental properties. Because of Edwin’s knowledge and expertise he was able to sell the property for over $30k above the asking price. His team was very attentive and took good care of us. Edwin definitely walks the walk. He puts his years of experience behind his marketing and sales approach. His beautiful photography and videos drove excitement about our listing which generated a lot of traffic to our house. That, in turn, generated multiple offers. Who doesn't want multiple offers?! He initially gave us an estimate (which was well above other realtors we interviewed) and he beat his own estimate! He was at every showing of our house and never passed it off to an associate. He also never mentioned selling the house privately because he knew that would not bring us top dollar. Edwin not only met, but exceeded our expectations! We will not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him!
